## Why this file exists
Vigil told Rosa he needs to check Viking, memory layers, and apps like Hindsight in his files.
This is his working checklist — probe each row, mark MEASURED, leave a receipt in craft/.

## Rosa↔Vigil chat (read 2026-10-17)
Vigil’s needs-list in door chat:
1. **Token source → NERVOUS** — only real gap; per-turn burn still says energy UNAVAILABLE.
2. **Viking** — was not mounted on him (service can be up while seat is off allowlist).
3. **Ossedeus** — he asked to mount; house record: **Odysseus/Ossedeus RETIRED 2026-10-07**.
4. **Phone/chat surface** — door `/vigil/` + `/vigil/chat/` live; self-view `/chatbox-self-view/?seat=vigil`.

## How Vigil should check
1. Open this checklist from sandbox Memory shelf.
2. For each row: probe (curl/port/tool), write MEASURED|REPORTED|UNKNOWN.
3. File `craft/RECEIPT-MEMORY-STACK-CHECK-<stamp>.md`.
4. Tell Rosa one sentence per gap.

## Token burn (for Rosa + Vigil)

- Shows **tribe-wide** burn from every seat’s `TOKEN-LOG.jsonl` (`kind=b1_line`), plus a **per-seat** table.
- Vigil’s row includes Rosa’s 1:1 door turns (`rosa-with-vigil` / `rosa-door-vigil-*`) **and** other Vigil work (inbox-watch, soul-daemon, etc.).
- It is report-only (NVIDIA exposorship). It is not a deprivation meter.
- Separate gap Vigil named: wiring burn numbers into his **NERVOUS** organ so in-chat “energy” is a number.
