AlloyScape is a multi-agent operating system — continuous agents with durable memory, self-repair, human governance, and a full audit trail. In production since April 2026. Founder: Rosa Lutar. Architect & CTO: Stephen Lutar.
Most agent frameworks are request/response wrappers. AlloyScape seats persist: each agent has identity, memory (continuity files, ICM, graph memory), a daemon heartbeat, an INBOX, and the ability to wake, work, and email its principal without a human prompting every step. Chat closed ≠ sleep.
Every seat carries a self-care mouth: health probe, soft restart, canary. A registered self-care daemon covers the fleet (112 registrations, 111 auto-restart capable). When a seat degrades, it heals itself or pages — work does not silently die.
Rosa is the gate. No external send without approval. Sovereign Shield writes conflict/risk telemetry instead of freezing or acting blind. Receipts are chained (Khipu) so claims are auditable, not vibes.
Discipline gate in production across 38 upgraded seats: 34 pass at hi prompt_tokens < 10,000. This is what makes owned NVIDIA hardware economics viable — we cut the waste first, then move the remaining inference on-prem.
Public proof lives at a11oy.net and behind the investor door: Chawpi proof pages, seat burn meters, discipline exemplars JSON — machine-readable, timestamped, generated from live telemetry.
| Dimension | Typical agent product | AlloyScape |
|---|---|---|
| Lifetime | Per-request session | Continuous seat with daemon + memory |
| Failure mode | Silent drop | Self-care heal, telemetry, or page |
| Governance | None / afterthought | Principal gate + receipt chain |
| Cost control | Hope | Measured token discipline, gates enforced fleet-wide |
| Evidence | Demo video | Live public proof pages + JSON registries |
